ABOUT VERCITI

We help complex infrastructure projects get ready to deliver.

Verciti is a delivery-readiness and assurance company. We build technology and practical solutions that help organisations conduct workforce planning, identify gaps, resolve them and evidence readiness before and during mobilisation.

BUILT FOR COMPLEX DELIVERY

READINESS BACKED BY EVIDENCE

WHY WE EXIST

Ambition needs
readiness behind it.

A programme can have a plan, a budget and a start date while critical people, suppliers and organisations are still unprepared to deliver.

Evidence sits across spreadsheets, systems and contractor teams. Missing requirements emerge late. Programme leaders need a clearer view of what is ready, what is missing and who owns the next action.

We built Verciti to help close that gap: connecting delivery requirements, capability and evidence so readiness can be managed throughout a programme.

OUR ORIGINS

Built from experience.
Focused on delivery.

Verciti was founded in 2024 by Nile Henry and Dr Marilyn Comrie OBE, as a spin-out from The Blair Project.

Our roots are in technical skills, immersive learning and widening access to engineering and clean-energy opportunities. That experience shaped a broader question: how do organisations know that the capability they need is in place when delivery begins?

Today, that question sits at the centre of Verciti. TRACE extends our focus from preparing individuals to understanding readiness across organisations, suppliers and critical workforces.

HOW WE THINK

Readiness should be
demonstrated, not assumed.

01

Start with delivery.

Define what must be true for a programme, supplier or critical role to be ready. The delivery requirement comes first.

02

Make gaps actionable.

Visibility matters when it leads to action. Every readiness gap needs an owner, a response and evidence of progress.

03

Keep the evidence.

Confidence should rest on a record that decision-makers can examine, challenge and use for governance and assurance.

LEADERSHIP

The people behind Verciti.

Founded by a team combining enterprise development, technical capability and a commitment to widening opportunity.
