How is TRACE priced?
TRACE is quoted around your deployment: the programmes or sites involved, the organisations and workforce in scope, implementation requirements and the support you need. We agree the scope and commercial terms before you commit.
What does a paid pilot include?
A pilot has a defined readiness problem, agreed scope, deliverables, duration and success criteria. The proposal sets out the evidence to be assessed, the work involved and the fee.
Are implementation and integrations included?
Your quotation states the onboarding, configuration, training and support included. Any integrations or additional delivery work are scoped explicitly, so the licence and implementation commitments are clear.
Are immersive modules and courses included in TRACE?
Bespoke immersive module development and training courses are separate offers. Where they support an identified capability gap, they can be scoped alongside your TRACE deployment and priced explicitly.
What happens after a pilot?
We review the evidence against the agreed success criteria and decide whether a wider deployment is justified. Any ongoing licence or additional work is covered by a separate agreed proposal.
